What type of surface to use on?
Answer: Any flat surface. I use it on a carpeted area. -

Is it normal to get feet cramps while using the machine?
Answer: I have been using for about 3 months. Started on 30 and now use on 60. I try and get 30 mins a day and maybe an hour on the weekend. Slip it under my desk and use the laptop. It can be addictive. I have never had cramps. My feet some times arch a bit depending on the cycle. It has made a big difference to my feet and calves. -

Does anybody know if there is a significant difference between the various models or is the basic prohealth better value?
Answer: I read up on the different models and found the Medic suited my needs. I am happy with my choice. -
