Upon initial assessments, the quality of the tool is praised for its impressive workmanship and functionality. Many users who rely on the kit for adjusting torque settings during electrical installations highlight its capability to ensure compliance with specification requirements, particularly for smaller electrical connections. However, the product has not been without its issues. A notable concern arises from defective tools being delivered, as one user experienced significant difficulties with adjusting torque settings right out of the box. The customer service response, albeit mixed initially, ended positively when Wiha replaced the faulty item without charge, reflecting a commendable commitment to customer satisfaction. This redemption arc offers valuable insight into the company’s willingness to rectify problems, boosting the product's reputation despite the hurdles faced. Additional critiques point towards the tool's design, which some users found cumbersome. Furthermore, the tool's performance in certain settings has been contested, particularly regarding its torque retention capabilities when dealing with stubborn fasteners. Overall, while the Wiha Insulated Torque Control Set delivers well on quality and customer service, potential buyers should be aware of its design drawbacks and the possibility of initial defects. Ideal for professionals, particularly electricians, this tool proves its worth but may require adjustments in user satisfaction depending on individual experiences. **
