Answer: There are 24 watercolour pencils. My daughter is the one using them and she says they are amazing, best pens she has ever used. She is only 12 so maybe a person with more years doing art can give a more professional response. -

Answer: Extra tools to help with shading & pencil extender is for when you use a pencil until is a stump & you can still use it. I love this set it’s very good. -

Answer: Hi, there is a big variety and they seem soft to colour with. To be fair this set was for my daughter who draws constantly. If it was hard to colour with them she would say so. Hope this helps. -

Answer: Sorry, I misunderstood the question. A sketch pad will not fit inside the case unless it’s very thin. -
