  • Question: The backrest of my chair is difficult to assemble, any suggestions?

    Answer: Video could not be loaded
  • Question: Would it be possible to change the wheels for some form of static feet and do you have any as parts, please?

    Answer: Hello, Yes, the chair can be replaced with a static foot, but you need to ensure that the pin shape and size of the foot are the same as the caster. The slot size of our chair is 11mm x 22mm. And sorry to tell currently we don't have those kind of parts.
  • Question: The seat leans forward so much that it's painful on my back. A seat shouldn't lean forward this much?

    Answer: To my personal experience, the chair is not leaning forward, it's just the lumbar support that could push you a little bit in the lower area of your back. Anyway, I think it's how lumbar support is supposed to work and I find it comfy enough. Perhaps you should switch to a model without this feature?
  • Question: Hi what is the height from the floor to the top of the armrests when the chair is at its highest?

    Answer: Hello, Terribly sorry. The backrest can only be locked at one angle. If you think the chair is too far back, you can add a cushion to the backrest to make it fit the curve of your back better.
