DIAMOND Black Beans Fermented Salted Multipurpose Legumes 1 X 250g are a unique culinary ingredient, perfect for enhancing flavor in various Asian cuisines. These gluten-free, vegan, and kosher legumes are ideal for those looking to add a savory depth to their dishes. Users have found that while the beans are packed with flavor, they can be overly salty, requiring careful balancing in recipes. For instance, one reviewer suggested rinsing them thoroughly to mitigate the saltiness before use. They work exceptionally well in sauces or curries, adding a distinct taste that can elevate a meal.
