The Midea No Frost Combi Refrigerator has received a mix of feedback from customers, highlighting the product's strengths while also showcasing significant issues with the installation and delivery process. Customers generally appreciate the refrigerator's spacious interior and quiet operation, making it a good fit for larger households. One user noted that the fridge offers ample space, making it suitable for a family of five, and the multi-airflow system effectively keeps food fresh. The stainless-steel design adds to its aesthetic appeal, complementing modern kitchens. Furthermore, users have positively commented on the energy efficiency of the appliance, deeming its price acceptable given its performance. However, the installation service has received overwhelming criticism. Several customers reported unsatisfactory experiences with delivery personnel, who allegedly failed to provide the promised installation service and left the fridge in less than suitable conditions. Complaints include the fridge being left unassembled, the delivery personnel's lack of professionalism, and damage to customers’ properties during delivery. This has led some customers to regret their purchase, especially those who valued the free installation offer that turned out to be poorly executed. In summary, while the Midea No Frost Combi Refrigerator is well-received in terms of quality and functionality, the delivery and installation service appears to detract significantly from the overall customer experience. **
