Prime Matter 441728 Editorial Review
Dolmen Day One Edition PlayStation 5 immerses players in a sci-fi world featuring challenging gameplay dynamics reminiscent of soulslike titles. Despite its charm, the game suffers from a variety of issues including unreliable controls and frustrating bugs, with players noting a significant delay in button response that hampers combat fluidity. The visual quality appears to be more in line with older generations of consoles, which might not meet the expectations set by today's gaming standards. However, the game offers enjoyable mechanics like a dynamic combat system that allows switching between ranged and melee attacks, as well as craftable weapons and armor. Gamers seeking an entertaining experience without heavy commitment might still find some solid moments throughout its gameplay, but should temper their expectations accordingly.
