Paperback Fantasy Editorial Review
Matilda (SERIE AZUL(+12)) is a modern classic that continues to enchant generations. This edition from Alfaguara Clásicos presents the heartfelt story of an extraordinary girl with a brilliant mind, a passion for reading, and an inner strength that challenges the most unjust adults. With Roald Dahl's unique style and Quentin Blake's illustrations, the book combines humor, tenderness, and a subtle critique of abusive authority. Readers have praised the unforgettable characters like Matilda and Miss Honey, and the inspiring message that fosters a love of knowledge and justice. Recommended for children aged 8-11, it's a perfect addition for collectors or as a gift, although some feel its length might be challenging for younger readers.
