Multivitamins & Minerals One a Day 360 Easy to Swallow Tablets, 100% RDA

The Multivitamins & Minerals One a Day tablets made by Health4All are a popular choice for individuals looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. With a convenient size and a year's supply in each bottle, these tablets are both practical and affordable. One of the standout features of this product is the narrow bottle, which allows for easy posting through a letterbox. This innovative packaging design is a great idea for those who prefer online shopping and don't want to miss a delivery. However, there have been some concerns raised by customers regarding the quality of the tablets. One customer reported black spots on the medicine, suggesting that they were spoiled or had fungus on them. This raises doubts about the product's overall quality control. In terms of ingredients, these tablets contain a range of vitamins and minerals, including calcium, iron, zinc, di-calcium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, and iodine. Vitamin D is also present, providing 100% of the daily allowance. However, it is important to note that these tablets do not contain magnesium or vitamin K. According to the manufacturer, the absence of these nutrients is due to the limitations of tablet size. They do offer a separate Magnesium Citrate capsule for those specifically looking to supplement magnesium. Another point worth mentioning is that these tablets are vegetarian-friendly, as they contain D3 obtained from lanolin from sheep's wool. However, for those following a strict vegan diet, this may not be suitable. Overall, the Multivitamins & Minerals One a Day tablets offer convenience and a good value for a year's supply. However, customers should Consider the reported quality issues and the lack of certain nutrients before making a purchase.
