    Answer: You may need to use it twice because my hair went dark brown with auburn hair dye and I've got it to ginger using it once

    Answer: It is most important you follow the instructions given with this color remover. I would add that once the color remover was in my hair I wrapped my head in cling film and used a gentle heat hair dryer which helps the product to work. I had 100% success

    Answer: It will remove all the brown. Try a good toner to remove all yellow/copper bits out of your hair too. Make sure you condition it well to get moisture back in

    Answer: I tried using it to remove red from my hair but unfortunately it only worked on the roots, and the rest of my hair has hardly changed. It seems maybe a shade lighter, but I certainly won't be using it again

    Answer: The smell does stay for quite a long time. I could still smell it 2 weeks later, but only when I was washing my hair. It does go away eventually

    Answer: I used a light brown hair dye, it looks black on me. If I use the remover, what color will it be, my natural medium brown or blonde? Thank you

    Answer: Make sure you empty your bins and wash your towels. It shouldn't stay in your hair more than one wash
