Herogo HRGUK-036 Editorial Review
Herogo Colander Stainless Steel, Set of 3 Micro-Perforations Colanders The Herogo Colander Stainless Steel set offers three practical sizes for draining, straining, and cleaning various food items. Made from good quality stainless steel, these colanders are sturdy and built to last. The smooth surface makes them easy to clean and the neat handles provide a comfortable grip. One standout feature of this product is the nesting design, which allows the colanders to fit inside each other, saving valuable space in the cupboard. However, some users have noted that the small holes in the colanders can cause the last few drops of liquid to not fully drain out. They suggest manually brushing the bottom edge to release the surface tension or tipping it up slightly and resting it on a tea towel to ensure complete drainage. A few customers have expressed concerns about the durability of the handles, suspecting that they may fail over time. Additionally, one user mentioned that the holes in the colander were not suitable for draining long grain rice, which poured out of the bottom. This discrepancy between the advertised use of the product and its actual performance was disappointing for this customer. Overall, the Herogo Colander Stainless Steel set is Considered a sturdy and practical addition to any kitchen. It offers great value for money and the nesting design is a space-saving feature that many appreciate. However, the small holes may pose a slight inconvenience for some users, and there are concerns about the long-term durability of the handles.
