How many of these will make a queen sized blanket?
Answer: Hi! I can't tell you exactly but there is a YouTube video where they make a blanket using this wool with US 19 size needles. They make 35 squares and I want to say to use five balls. They end up making 20 cm squares and there are 35 of them and they are some together. I making a blanket right now but have just started so I can't tell you for sure. If you look up wool and the gang on YouTube you should find a video. -

How many skiens would it take to knit a queen sized blanket?
Answer: A lot! I’m making one now and I have bought about 16 and they make about 4 squares per skein at 7 1/2 inches long by 14 stitches wide. I need about 10 more skeins to make a queen size. I hope this helps. I bought a bunch on wool and the gang’s website on Black Friday for a steal. You may wait for a deal otherwise it’s a very expensive blanket. -

Can you wash this in a washing machine or does it have to be washed by hand?
Answer: Wool and the gang crazy sexy wool is best washed by hand in cold water to avoid felting. It is not a superwash fiber. -

Would mellow mauve make a good contrast with sand trooper beige?
Answer: I wouldn’t say it’s a good contrast, more like a compliment..they are beautiful together. -

Exactly what color is sand trooper beige and dusty denim?
Answer: Light beige and a light navy blue.
