Answer: The Interior dimensions are 12 3/4" in diameter and 2 1/2" deep -

Answer: I would think traditionally red - but I have different pieces in different colors, but I also have fiestaware dishes, so I mix and match colors in my kitchen- I am not locked into one color. -

Will someone please share the diameter of the cooking surface for both the 3.5qt and 5qt models?
Answer: I don’t have the 3Q but I do have the 5Q. The bottom is 11.5 inches in diameter. The top edge is 13 inches in diameter and the sides are 3 inches tall. It’s a large pan to be sure. I can cook a one-pan meal for my family of 5. I love it, it’s a staple in my house. -

What country is this made in?
Answer: I am answering directly for Cast Iron products from Le Creuset. The Foundry for those products is in France. So they are all manufactured in France. Other products are made in other locations such as Portugal. This is described in the LeCreuset entry in Wikipedia. Its interesting that they do this because there are some differences between the North American and European product distributions. (Mostly related to capacities). For example I have a small casserole I ordered from Hammacher Schlemmerer decades ago (made in France) which seems to not have a European equivalent. So when I bought its replacement in Europe (where I live) the new item is larger
